12 TENTATIVE -- WELCOME NEWCOMERS GET-TOGETHER -- LOCATION: COMO LAKE HORSE CAMP: Saturday. An opportunity to welcome our newer members and introduce them to our club, our mission, and present mini-workshops on packing and other aspects of back country riding. Open to all members. Workshops scheduled throughout the day, but anyone wanting to camp before and/or after are sure invited to do so! For more info, contact Lenny Standish at 239-7120. 

17 MEETING - OUTDOOR MEETING, LOCATION: COMO LAKE HORSE CAMP: Thursday - 6:30 pm, Monthly Potluck & General Membership Meeting. (No coffee this month; Water - TBA). Bring a chair! A member will lead a trail ride before the meeting, and interested riders should be at the trailhead parking lot by 4:00.

19 TRAINING CLINIC: Saturday - 9:00 am, Location: Holliday Arena (Directions: Take Eastside Hwy to Bass Lane, go east on Bass Lane to T intersection; go left. Arena is first arena on right.) Trainers Jack Emory and Tanya Drayton. Program: Trail challenges, obstacles, working through refusals, problems. Stock may be brought by BBCH MEMBERS only. Guests welcomed as spectators. Due to space limitations for stock, sign up at this month's meeting or call Jack Emory (961-1363) to register to bring stock.
