Preserving our Equine Heritage on Public Lands Act (S. 2283)

This bill is similar to the so-called “Right-to-Ride” bill that was introduced in the last Congress by Senator Crapo. Please see the message from BCHA Chairman Mike Reedy for an explanation of the new bill introduced.

The Back Country Horsemen of Montana have written letters to our Senators;  Senator Max Baucus and Senator Jon Tester, if you would like you can view these letters and use as a guide for writing yours.

We need to write our Senators and Representatives and ask them to please co-sponsor and support this very important legislation. Please don't leave it to someone else, everybody's letters or e-mails are very important.
